  • I have placed an order on the website, but I want to change my address. Is this possible?"
    This is possible only where the product has not been dispatched. Please let us know within 24 hours of placing your order by sending us an email at teamarmisto@gmail.com with your Order ID and the new address you would like the order to be delivered to.   • When can I expect my order to be delivered?
    We aim to ship out orders from our warehouse located in Ludhiana, Punjab within 24 - 48 hours of receiving your order. After we ship your package, depending on your address it will take between 2 to 7 business days to reach you. As soon as the order is shipped out from our factory, you will receive an email confirmation with the order tracking ID, which you can use to track your order until it reaches you. In case you do not receive your package on time, send us an email to teamarmisto@gmail.com with your Order ID and we will look into this for you.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Currently, we do not have an option on our website to select international shipping. However, if you are interested in having an order delivered to you outside India, we can facilitate that for you. You will have to bear the additional freight and customs charges depending on the destination country. Just send us an email at teamarmisto@gmail.com with the delivery country and pincode, we will place an order for you and get the items delivered.   • I received a notification that delivery was attempted, but I did not get any call nor did the delivery executive delivered my package. What should I do?"
    For your order shipments, we partner with third-party courier companies who ensure the products are delivered to you once your package leaves our warehouse. In case you face any issues with your final delivery such as incorrect remarks on delivery attempt by the courier company, contact us through email at teamarmisto@gmail.com, by sending us your Order ID along with the issue you are facing. We will raise the issue with the concerned courier company and do our best to ensure your order gets delivered.
  • How much time does it take to deliver international packages?
    International packages are shipped either by surface/air depending upon availability and size of the package. International delivery can take upto 10 working days.
  • What if my product packaging looks tampered ?
    Please note our products come in a sealed courier bag with a sticker pasted on top. Kindly DO NOT accept if packaging is tampered or sticker is not pasted.
  • Can I change my item after placing an order ?
    Change in item/colour/size will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
  • How do I place my order?
    To place your order, follow these steps : - Browse through our wide range of products until you find something you like. Select the relevant size, you can check out our size chart or sizing tool to help you find the correct size. - Once you’ve selected your products and size, click the ‘Add To Cart’ button. - After you have added all the products, click on the cart icon on the top right to view the Shopping Cart. You can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order and click ‘Checkout’. - You can either login to your existing ARMISTO account or simply create a new account. - Once you’re done, proceed to checkout, confirm your shipping address, and select the desired payment method. Click Complete Purchase to make the payment and place the order. You will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your order and Order ID upon successful placement of the order.   • How can I get discount?
    The discount coupons are auto-displayed on the website home page. One coupon can only be applied on one invoice. Bargaining is prohibited and buyer will be blacklisted.
  • One of the items I have purchased has a quality issue or a wrong product was delivered. What do I do about this?
    All our products are inspected thoroughly and carefully before they are shipped out to you. In the unlikely case that this occurs, please accept our sincere apologies. Write in to us at teamarmisto@gmail.com with your Order ID, details of the issue you faced and a photo of the defective or incorrect product, and we will get back to you immediately. For any wrong product claims, video evidence of opening the package is mandatory. Video should clearly highlight the sealed package being opened.
  • What are the terms of the Return Policy?
    You can raise a return/exchange request within 6 days from the date of delivery by mailing us at teamarmisto@gmail.com or whatsapp return on +91-7901701893. Once authorised, you will be required to self-ship back the products to our warehouse in Ludhiana (Pincode 141003). Once products are received by us, they will undergo a quality check process. Returned products should be in their original packaging and condition (it should not be worn out, or washed even once). Once QC has been passed, a refund of the order will be issued in the buyer's bank account. Return shipping can be arranged on request at a chargeable basis.   • What if my product packaging looks tampered ?

  • Will I get 100% refund on return ?
    If no coupon has been applied, then you will get refund of the product value paid by you. A deduction of Rs. 50/- will be made as return pickup fee. If a basket coupon has been applied at the time of initial purchase and part quantity is returned, then the product retained by the customer will be charged at full value and refund will only be issued for the balance amount. In this case, the coupon discounted price will be reversed. Shipping charges, if levied extra, will not be refunded.
