Return & Exchange Policy
You can raise a return/exchange request within 6 days from the date of delivery by mailing us at email@example.com. Once authorised, you will be required to ship back the products to our warehouse in Ludhiana (Pincode 141003). Upon receipt, they will undergo a quality check process. Returned products should be in their original packaging and condition (it should not be worn out, or washed even once). Once QC has been passed, a refund will be authorised. Reverse pickups will not be arranged by us.
In case of any claims for wrong product dispatched by us, a video proof of opening the sealed package is required. Video with a pre-opened package will not be accepted. In case of the rare chane product is found faulty, it will be replaced.
To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns on innerwear category, including thermals.
This is a no bargain store. Absolutely no requests will be entertained for additional discount.
